• How to Use DAPU Welding Machine to Weld a Reinforcing Mesh

Hello everyone! Are you looking for an efficient way to weld high-quality reinforcing mesh for construction? Look no further! Here, we provide the most detailed and straightforward method to help you achieve the perfect finished mesh. Let’s see how the DAPU 5-12mm Reinforcing Mesh Welding Machine can meet your needs!

      1. Feed the Wire into the Machine

In the first step, the worker needs to manually feed the wire into the wire feeding part. This is easy because the machine features a specially designed square tube that helps position the wire accurately. After the square tube, there is a steel plate called the “Wire Block Design.” When you hear a “clang,” it means the wire has been successfully fed.

      2. Press the “Green Button”

Some might wonder whether manual feeding reduces efficiency. Don’t worry! Our designers have taken this into account. Following European machine design principles, we have placed a start button within easy reach. Just press the button, and the air cylinder fastening system will clamp the wire. The wire-feeding cart will then move the wire to the welding area, allowing the machine to start welding automatically. No need to approach the electric box, saving you more time!
The best part is that you can continue feeding wire while the machine is welding, maintaining high efficiency despite manual feeding.

      3. Monitor the Wire Feeder

The cross-wire feeder can usually hold 1-1.5T of wire, enough for several days of use. Your main task is to monitor the remaining wire. The cross wire is pre-straightened and cut using a wire straightening and cutting machine, which is included in the quotation. You can choose from different models based on your budget.

      4. Collect the Finished Welded Mesh

Once the mesh is welded, you have several options for collecting it:

Automatic Mesh Falling System: Stacks the welded mesh for easy collection.

Automatic Mesh Falling & Turning Up System: Saves space by stacking more mesh vertically. Use an overhead crane to move the stacked mesh to the designated area.
If you have budget or space constraints, you can also purchase or build a rack and manually pull the mesh out with the help of two workers. This method is also practical.
