Straight line wire drawing machine
The Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine features a dual-zone drawing box for powder lubrication and water cooling. Its stir-type design ensures even powder application and produces rounder wire. Built with a 560mm diameter block from wear-resistant 1045 steel, it is treated with a tungsten carbide spray for durability. An integrated water cooling system helps maintain optimal temperatures during operation.

Description & Video
1.Drawing box has two zones. One is drawing powder lubrication zone, the other one is drawing die water cooling zone.
2.Stir type drawing box, wire can be evenly powdered, drawing die can be used longer, wire can be rounder.
3.Block diameter: 560mm; Material: 1045 steel (ATSM), spray welded and wear-resistant processing on surface and inside of the block, roughness ≤ Ra0.8 and hardness HRC ≤ 50.
4.Supersonic tungsten carbide spray (500um thickness, 80mm height) on the block surface.
5.Water cooling system inside of the block to reduce the working temperature.
